1) Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
For purchases eligible for bank transfer, our Garanti Bank account (in Turkish Lira, TL) will be used.
2) Credit Card Payments via Our Website
You can pay using any credit card through a single online payment or take advantage of installment options provided by your bank. For online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of the order process. In case of order cancellation or stock issues, refunds to your credit card will be processed within 3-7 business days.
3) Refunds
In case of order cancellations for any reason, GLAND Aromatherapy Ltd. Co. will refund the product price to your bank account and/or credit card within three business days. Please ensure that your bank account and/or credit card details are provided correctly and completely to our finance department.
4) Delivery
We strive to dispatch your ordered products on the same day. For products that require additional preparation time, the delivery period is indicated in the product details as 3 business days. You will be informed in case of potential delays.
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide the address where you will be available during the day.
Orders are processed according to the delivery type selected at checkout. Products are shipped from our İzmir-based company via our contracted courier service. Orders are handed over to the courier within two business days of approval.
For special delivery requests, please consult our customer service team. Please note that deliveries are currently available within Turkey only.
5) Payment Tracking
If the system is unable to complete the transaction for any reason, the visitor is notified at the payment page.
In case of any error at the provided address preventing delivery, our team will contact the person who placed the order. The validity of the email provided is confirmed via the automatic email sent after order processing. Responsibility for successful delivery lies both with the customer and our bank for credit card transactions.
Important Notice
Upon delivery, inspect packages in front of the courier representative. If you suspect any damage, do not accept the package and request the courier to document the issue.
Once the package is accepted, it is assumed that the courier has fulfilled their responsibilities.
If the product is damaged: Please send the prepared report to info@glande.com.tr as soon as possible and notify us via phone at +90 232 479 51 00.
Once these steps are completed, we will initiate procedures to arrange a replacement delivery as soon as possible. Please briefly explain the reason for the return in your email to help us expedite the process.
